Luigi has significant, long-standing experience advising multinational companies with an Italian presence or with business interests in Italy and Europe. He provides clients with multifaceted advice, including legal and tax issues, and is able to identify effective solutions and tax-efficient structures for foreign investors in Italy/Europe and Italian investors abroad.
Besides being a member of the Milan Bar and of the Bar of the Tax consultants, Luigi is a member of the Commission on Company Law to the Association of Certified Accountants and Auditors of Milan. He is also a lecturer at the Master in Law and Business - Il Sole 24 Ore Business School, and at numerous seminars and conferences of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Milan.
Luigi’s background is corporate and tax, with a solid track record in international M&A and private equity transactions. Luigi developed a specific skill in protecting and organizing family businesses and privately owned assets through the establishment of trusts, holding companies, and foundations.
Having assisted multiple world-recognized contemporary artists, Luigi also assists international art galleries, collectors, and Italian and foreign art foundations. Art Law litigations are also part of Luigi’s extensive experience.
