Andrew practices complex commercial litigation, antitrust, and securities litigation.

Andrew joined the firm after clerkships with Judge Edith Brown Clement of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and Judge Lorna G. Schofield of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Before law school, Andrew served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy.

Andrew’s recent representations include:

  • Bringing Fifth Amendment Takings and Illegal Exaction claims against the federal government on behalf of a large shareholder class in Starr International Co. v. United States
  • Defending a major British bank in multidistrict LIBOR-related actions involving antitrust, securities, RICO, Commodities Exchange Act, and state law claims
  • Representing Pain Therapeutics, a public biopharmaceutical company, in matters related to securities litigation
  • Defending a life insurance company in several class actions concerning the cost of insurance
  • Defending a European investment group in breach-of-contract litigation in Delaware Chancery Court
  • Representing victims of Jeffrey Epstein’s sex-trafficking conspiracy
