Partner Hamish Hume is representing Cole Wexford Hotel in a class-action against Highmark, Inc. and a Pittsburgh hospital, claiming that the defendants had conspired to exclude competition, inflating the price of small group insurance plans.
Boies Schiller Flexner promoted five attorneys to partner and four to counsel. Valecia Battle, Sabina Mariella, Jason Hilborn, Eric Palmer, and Jacopo Mosca were elected as partner.
