Profile

Victoria practices high-stakes civil litigation, representing plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal court. She has diverse litigation experience in both the public and private sectors.

Victoria advises individuals and corporations in complex multijurisdictional civil and criminal disputes, including navigating international sanctions regimes in the U.S., UK and EU. Victoria also counsels clients on enforcement actions brought by U.S. and international authorities, including matters involving the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, as well as money laundering and fraud violations.

Before law school, Victoria served as press secretary and digital director to a United States Senator and also worked in the White House under President Barack Obama as an advance associate, coordinating with the press. As part of her practice with Boies Schiller Flexner, she regularly draws on that professional political and policy experience in litigation and dispute resolution, particularly in matters requiring crisis management skills and communicating on behalf of clients with the press.
