Tyler has extensive experience with all aspects of litigation, including early-stage strategies, dispositive motions, trial, and appeals. He has litigated, managed, arbitrated, mediated, negotiated settlements, tried to verdict, and handled appeals in significant cases across the country. Tyler also has been appointed to leadership committees in a variety of multibillion-dollar federal multidistrict litigations, including In re FTX Cryptocurrency Collapse Litigation, In re National Prescription Opiate Litigation, and In re Takata Airbag Products Liability Litigation.
Before joining the firm, Tyler clerked several years for federal judges in New Orleans and Miami, and worked as an associate in the antitrust group of another national firm in Washington D.C.
