Sarah has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation, class actions, and antitrust. She is a member of the BSF team that achieved a $2.7 billion settlement in an antitrust suit against Blue Cross Blue Shield, the largest settlement ever recovered in an antitrust case that was not the subject of any government enforcement by the federal or state antitrust authorities.

Sarah has represented corporate clients in federal courts throughout the country, including in breach of contract, government conservatorship, tortious interference, and misappropriation of trade secrets cases.

Sarah’s antitrust work includes bringing a Section 2 claim on behalf of a regional sports network, representing direct action plaintiffs in several antitrust class action suits, and representing a leading corporation in responding to Congressional requests.
