Sabria represents clients in complex commercial disputes involving antitrust, professional liability defense, financial services, education, and technology issues. She has been recognized as a Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigator in America and was the only Florida-based attorney selected by Bloomberg Law in 2022 as one of the nation’s Top 40 Lawyers Under 40.
Sabria has defended Fortune 500 companies in litigation with private parties and the government, as well as smaller companies, school boards, other law firms, and individuals. On the plaintiffs’ side, Sabria’s work includes a number of high-profile matters. She currently represents online publishers in a landmark antitrust suit against Google alleging that the search engine has unlawfully stifled advertising competition and harmed publishers. Sabria also was an early member of a team that brought a nationwide class action on behalf of thousands of au pairs. The lawsuit resulted in one of the largest wage-and-hour class settlements in recent years.
For all clients, Sabria places a premium on communication and devotes time to understanding their business and what is important to them. Sabria also has a deep understanding of e-discovery that allows her to efficiently navigate evolving discovery standards and technology.
Sabria is a co-chair of the firm’s diversity and hiring committees. Her diversity-focused work was recognized with a Diversity and Inclusion award from the Daily Business Review. Sabria is also a board member of ChildNet, a nonpartisan nonprofit that manages the protection of over 3,000 neglected and abused children in South Florida.
Before attending law school, Sabria taught seventh grade at a public school in Philadelphia.
