She also has significant experience representing crime victims in parallel civil and criminal proceedings or investigations. Sabina has also represented individuals and entities in complex civil matters in federal and state court, as both plaintiffs and defendants. Sabina’s matters are often high-profile, and she has experience litigating cases that garner significant media attention.
Sabina joined the firm after clerking for the Hon. Ronald Lee Gilman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Prior to that position, she clerked for the Hon. Edward G. Smith of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and worked as an associate in the New York office of another major law firm.
