Rosy’s practice focuses on appellate and complex litigation across various industries. She has represented clients in high-stakes disputes, including a successful case before the U.S. Supreme Court, two nationwide class actions against Google LLC, a class action MDL against automakers, and an action against the three biggest drug distributors and pharmacies in the country. Rosy also represented a victim of terrorism in an appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit where she successfully obtained a reversal.

Rosy also advises individuals and corporations in complex multijurisdictional civil and criminal disputes, including matters involving the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, as well as money laundering and fraud violations.

Rosy is actively involved in the community and has been recognized for her contributions to diversity. She has served on the Board of Directors of SAVE Inc., as the Chair for Boies Schiller Flexner’s Hispanic/Latinx Affinity Group, and as Deputy President for Region VIII of the Hispanic National Bar Association.
