Bob has devoted his legal career for more than four decades to large complex litigation, with a primary focus on antitrust and securities actions. Bob also has represented clients in significant civil and criminal environmental and government contract disputes, as well as sports-related contract disputes. In the 1990s, Bob led a team of three dozen lawyers, accountants, and engineers in the preparation and presentation of the claims of the Kuwait government against Iraq in the United Nations Compensation Commission for damages resulting from the first Gulf War. Much of Bob’s work since joining the firm in 2001 has focused on large complex litigation for DuPont, Starr International, and Maurice R. Greenberg.
