Rebecca’s practice focuses on high stakes dispute resolution, including complex, commercial litigation and international arbitration.

She has experience representing clients in international commercial and investment arbitrations conducted under the ICC, LCIA, VIAC, SCC, and ICSID Arbitration Rules. Her experience includes working with clients in a wide range of industries including the energy, mining, construction, and aerospace sectors. 

Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca worked at one of France’s leading law firms in London and Paris.  

Rebecca is fluent in French. 

Rebecca’s experience includes advising:

  • An African private equity firm in an arbitration relating to financing provided to a Nigerian oil and gas company*
  • An African state in an ICSID arbitration relating to an agreement for the exploitation of a gold and copper mine*
  • A Spanish contractor in an arbitration relating to an EPC contract for a cogeneration power plant in Israel*
  • A U.S. information and technology company in an ICSID arbitration against an African State in relation to the expropriation of its investment under a BIT*
  • A Korean joint venture in an arbitration relating to the construction of a combined cycle power plant in Algeria
