Mike is a partner in the firm’s Washington D.C. office. Mike’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, class actions, and antitrust.
Mike’s antitrust experience includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants in private litigation in venues throughout the United States, including federal and state courts, and trial and appellate courts. Mike has extensive experience in complex, multiforum litigation, including large multidistrict litigation (MDL) and class actions. Mike has also represented clients before federal and state agencies, including U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and state Attorneys General, in civil and criminal conduct investigations, and in connection with merger reviews and asset transactions.
Mike also has extensive experience advising clients on internal investigations, corporate compliance, and electronic discovery matters. Clients value Mike’s creativity, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
Mike has been recognized as a Rising Star in Antitrust by Washington D.C. Super Lawyers magazine. Mike participates in the D.C. Bar Pro Bono Program. Prior to law school, Mike played several years of professional golf.
