Mehleen’s practice focuses on high value and complex commercial litigation and international commercial and investment arbitration.
Mehleen has acted for states, investors, and multinational corporations in proceedings before international arbitral tribunals, the English courts, and the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
Prior to joining the firm, Mehleen qualified into the disputes team in the London office of a large U.S. law firm. She holds an LLM specializing in Public International Law from New York University and an MPhil on the intersection between free speech and collective consumer action from the University of Oxford. Mehleen has a particular interest in public international law and at her previous firm, led projects for numerous international NGOs on issues including international human rights law and international humanitarian law.
