Madalina’s practice focuses on ESG and commercial law, with an emphasis on business and human rights law, corporate sustainability reporting, and sustainability due diligence.
After graduation, Madalina worked at a boutique law firm in Florence specializing in tax law, where she deepened her knowledge of the taxation of non-profit entities. Prior to joining BSF, she practiced at another law firm in Milan, where she expanded her practice to include civil litigation and international private law.
