Luke represents clients at all stages of litigation at both the state and federal level.
Luke has experience representing plaintiffs in antitrust cases and adversary proceedings, defendants in SEC enforcement actions, corporations in contract disputes and certified questions, individuals in state administrative proceedings, and pro bono clients asserting constitutional violations against municipalities.
During law school, Luke participated in internships and clinics focused on criminal law, First Amendment law, environmental law, and federal Indian law.
