Laselve is an experienced litigator who specializes in high-stakes litigation and appeals in federal and state court. Laselve’s clients value his responsiveness, creative solutions, results-driven approach, and ability to achieve favorable outcomes in line with their business needs.

Laselve represents individuals and corporations in complex contractual and business disputes, securities litigation, antitrust and unfair competition claims, real estate development disputes, and multidistrict litigation. Laselve’s appellate experience includes briefing before state appellate courts and the U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as successfully arguing a matter of first impression before Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal.

Laselve is an active presence in the community and seeks to effect positive change through his work with the 100 Black Men of South Florida’s Emerging 100, 5000 Role Models of Excellence, Miami Book Fair, and Caribbean Bar Association.

Prior to joining the firm, Laselve clerked for the Honorable Darrin P. Gayles, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Florida.

  • Representing a group of physicians in a first impression federal antitrust dispute concerning non-compete agreements
  • Representing national franchisor in an antitrust dispute concerning non-compete agreements
  • Representing national food manufacturer in conspiracy and trade-secret misappropriation claim
  • Representing high-net-worth individual in securities and fraud claims against broker and brokerage firm
  • Representing a consortium of growers, producers, and patients against the State of Florida, and its agencies, for medical marijuana related issues
  • Representing plaintiffs in bellwether multidistrict litigation against opioid manufacturers, distributors, and pharmacies
  • Representing class plaintiffs in multidistrict litigation against automobile and airbag manufacturers
