Katrina’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, antitrust, securities, and international arbitration.

Her experience spans both private practice and government service, providing her with a well-rounded perspective on high-stakes litigation and regulatory matters. 

While in law school, Katrina externed at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Arizona and the legal division of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. She also served as a student attorney in the Rising for Justice litigation clinic, representing tenants in eviction proceedings in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. This combination of advocacy and public service informs Katrina’s approach to delivering thoughtful, strategic counsel to clients navigating complex legal challenges.
