Kate has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation across a diverse set of practice areas, including intellectual property, contract disputes, and class actions. Kate also has experience serving as a key member of a trial team. 

Her recent matters include the defense of a prominent life insurance company in class action litigation, representing a real estate developer in a contract dispute, and representing George Carlin's estate in a widely publicized intellectual property suit involving artificial intelligence. She also has experience representing investment funds in the prosecution of applications for discovery in aid of foreign proceedings and representing an individual in a complex matrimonial matter that proceeded to trial.

In law school, Kate interned in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York and at Sanctuary for Families.  

Kate is a member of the board of the New York Women’s Bar Association Foundation, Inc.
