Jessica works on matters involving antitrust, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation. She has assisted in the representation of investors in federal court against the Federal Housing Finance Agency, lenders in bankruptcy court, and healthcare companies in an antitrust case against generic drug manufacturers.

Before joining the firm, Jessica clerked for the Hon. Jason Park of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Throughout law school, she sought opportunities to gain experience working in the support of the public interest. Jessica served as a student attorney at Rising for Justice’s Housing Advocacy and Litigation Clinic, and she interned for the ACLU National Prison Project, the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the Poverty & Race Research Action Council.

As a second-year law student, she also won the Cohen & Cohen Mock Trial Competition and the Howard J. Rudge Creative Solutions Prize.
