Jacopo’s experience spans both business and private interests, encompassing national and cross-border operations.

Jacopo assists both multinational and family-owned corporations in commercial and corporate matters, with a focus on M&A and private equity transactions.

He also advises private clients and family offices on a diverse range of issues, including generational transfers, asset protection, international tax planning, and governance structures.
 
Jacopo is a member of the research and teaching group on mediation and negotiation at the University of Trento and coaches students for national and international competitions.
 
He also routinely lectures at the Master in Law and Business at the 24ORE Business School, with particular reference to extraordinary corporate transactions (mergers and demergers).

Jacopo’s experience includes:

  • Assistance to an Italian foundation in a project to restore and enhance a real estate complex of historical and cultural interest
  • Assistance in the set-up of an association with global reach active in the esports sector
  • Assistance to an entrepreneur and philanthropist in the incorporation of an incubator/innovation hub with the aim of enhancing initiatives to protect the environment and climate, as well as through venture capital operations concerning innovative start-ups as well as R&D activities in the field of decarbonization
  • Assistance in the expansion project of an Italian family-run company operating in the polymers sector by setting up a subsidiary in the United States
