Izaak rejoined the firm after serving as a clerk to the Hon. Bruce M. Selya of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. His litigation experience spans a wide variety of areas, including antitrust, civil rights, consumer law, administrative law, and complex commercial litigation. He is attentive to strategic considerations at every stage of a case, from claim development through appeal, and he is especially attuned to the complexities of multiforum disputes. Izaak also maintains an active pro bono practice, including work with the DC Bar and the National Lawyers' Guild.
