Genesis serves clients in a variety of complex civil litigation and regulatory compliance matters, with an emphasis on intellectual property disputes.
Genesis’ recent experience includes serving small businesses and large corporations in complex litigation matters including anti-counterfeiting, intellectual property rights, and business torts. She also works on regulatory compliance matters involving the consumer lending industry.
A graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, Genesis served as clinic assistant in the Civil Rights for Persons with Disabilities Clinic. Additionally, she was on the board of the Students Supporting the Women’s Law Center.
In addition to her legal work, she volunteers with the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles and actively supports grassroots organizations, including the Women’s Fund of Hawai’i and the Disability Community Resource Center in Los Angeles, California.
