Federica’s practice mainly focuses on civil and commercial litigation. In particular, Federica has litigated a number of cases regarding contractual liability, insurance, and enforcement.

She has significant experience in sports litigation, handling matters in both the professional and amateur sports world for teams, sports facilities, athletic associations, athletes, sponsors, and municipalities – before Italian courts and in national and international arbitrations.

Having gained an understanding of the nuanced and complex sports industry, Federica also frequently assists companies in matters regarding intellectual property – from registration of trademarks to licensing.

Federica's experience includes:
