Dillon’s practice focuses on high-stakes litigation on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants at the state and federal level. His experience spans a wide variety of areas, including complex commercial litigation, securities, class actions, government litigation, and intellectual property. 

Dillon joined the firm after serving as a law clerk to the Hon. Federico A. Moreno of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. While in law school, Dillon served as student body president, executive notes editor for the Journal of Legislation, and president of the National APALSA. He also interned for Judge Edward M. Chen of the Northern District of California.
