Dillon’s practice focuses on high-stakes litigation on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants at the state and federal level. His experience spans a wide variety of areas, including complex commercial litigation, securities, class actions, government litigation, and data privacy and cybersecurity. 

Dillon joined the firm after serving as a law clerk to the Hon. Federico A. Moreno of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. While in law school, Dillon served as student body president, executive notes editor for the Journal of Legislation, and an extern to Hon. Edward M. Chen of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. He was also the first student in Notre Dame Law School history to be elected as president of the National APALSA, an organization that supports AAPI law students and APALSA chapters nationwide.
