Colleen’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, class actions, and antitrust litigation. She has also represented numerous clients in adversary proceedings before bankruptcy courts. Colleen’s attentiveness to client needs, eye for detail, and ease with litigation procedure make her an invaluable addition to any litigation team.
Colleen is currently representing a large group of direct action plaintiffs, including Target and Campbell Soup, in an antitrust case concerning broiler chickens. She also represents direct action plaintiffs in antitrust cases concerning the pork and beef markets.
In addition, Colleen is a key member of a team that has achieved over $1 billion in settlements for plaintiffs in a class action MDL against the automobile industry arising from the use of defective airbags.
Colleen has also represented defendants, including journalists Sir Harold Evans and Tina Brown in a trial victory over claims brought against them by the bankruptcy estate trustee for a former financial advisor.
Prior to law school, Colleen served as a policy analyst at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office in New York.
