In addition to IP enforcement work, Chris has represented both Fortune 500 companies and small businesses in high-stakes litigation in state and federal court. He has represented a large financial institution in a multibillion-dollar bankruptcy litigation, media outlets and credit card companies in multistate antitrust litigation, and numerous clients in contractual and tort disputes. Chris also has experience in internal investigations and regulatory proceedings. Additionally, he maintains a significant pro bono practice, which has included representing clients in housing and immigration matters.
