Cesar focuses on litigation in state and federal courts, particularly in class actions, contract disputes, and regulatory matters.
Before joining BSF, Cesar clerked for the Hon. Stephen R. Clark at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. In law school, Cesar was an executive editor of the American Criminal Law Review and interned for the Hon. Kathleen O’Malley at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
