Andrew is a trial and appellate litigator whose practice focuses on complex commercial disputes and class actions. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts in cases spanning a variety of subjects, including real estate, health care, financial services, sports and entertainment, and corporate restructurings.

Before joining the firm, Andrew served as Chief of Staff to Dr. Ezekiel J. Emanuel, a leading bioethicist and health policy expert. In that capacity, he assisted in the development of two books and consulted with lawmakers on a variety of health policy issues. During law school, Andrew served as a judicial intern in the chambers of Judge Gregory M. Sleet of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.

In addition to fighting for his clients in the courtroom, Andrew teaches Introduction to Legal Analysis and Writing at Yale Law School.

  • Representing a leading fashion and lifestyle company in a series of disputes concerning the construction of a flagship retail store
  • Representing the owner of a professional sports franchise in a high-profile dispute concerning league policy and governance
  • Representing a group of fourteen women’s advocacy organizations as amici curiae in a matter before the United States Supreme Court
  • Representing a pediatric health care provider with a national presence in litigation against an insurance company
  • Representing a global energy company in a high-stakes litigation to recover damages it sustained in an international bid-rigging and commercial bribery conspiracy
