Andrew’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on high-risk product liability matters. His client-focused approach, creativity, and attention to detail help his clients achieve successful outcomes.
Andrew has experience representing individuals and corporations in a wide range of significant matters, including securities, antitrust, class actions and multidistrict litigations. For example, Andrew is currently on the team representing plaintiffs in the largest class action MDL in history, which involves claims against Takata and several of the world’s largest automobile manufacturers.
Andrew also has extensive experience defending Philip Morris USA in numerous actions against claims for injuries allegedly caused by smoking cigarettes.
Prior to joining Boies Schiller Flexner, Andrew was an associate with a South Florida law firm where his practice included international and domestic business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
