Carolina focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. She has assisted clients in high-stakes matters, including commercial contract disputes, professional malpractice, and investigations.

Carolina has represented clients across a variety of industries, including energy, real estate, aviation, accounting, travel, and investment banking. Carolina has experience litigating post-closing transactional disputes, white collar investigations, Ponzi scheme-related litigation, labor and employment issues, unfair trade practices, regulatory issues, professional liability defense, fraud, and insurance claims. On behalf of numerous corporate clients, Carolina has handled all aspects of intensive pretrial and trial litigation, including extensive document discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, and oral argument preparation. Additionally, Carolina has experience prosecuting claims on behalf of her clients, and defending against high-value claims, both at the trial and appellate levels.

Carolina is also a fluent Spanish speaker, and has handled matters involving foreign clients, counsel, and experts.
