Alex’s practice focuses on resolving complex litigation, class actions, and international arbitration for both plaintiffs and defendants. He is a dynamic problem solver who has worked across a range of disputes, including matters involving contract, First Amendment, mass tort, antitrust, bankruptcy, sexual abuse, sports, and securities laws. In addition to U.S.-focused issues, Alex has experience in both Europe and Asia.

Before joining the firm, Alex was a management consultant for Fortune 100 companies and an entrepreneur. He was also active in electoral politics. In addition to his professional interests, Alex is a published author of several short stories and an avid sports fan.

  • Representing founders of a technology start-up in a dispute with the acquiring company
  • Representing a domestic nonprofit in navigating litigation and regulatory risk for their financial holdings around the world
