The Latino vote matters. Last Tuesday's midterm elections proved that the fastest growing segment of the U.S. population had a huge impact on the political landscape. Hispanic Americans have clout in the voting booth, but they may not have equal rights. A group of legal experts and leaders in the Latino community is examining the issue.
