Statement on Certification of the 2020 Presidential Election Results

Boies Schiller Flexner LLP strongly condemns the attempt to prevent the certification of the free and fair 2020 presidential election results occurring at the Capitol building in Washington, D.C. We oppose any endeavor to disrupt the United States’ long history of peaceful transitions of power. As lawyers, we proudly stand at the vanguard of the rule of law and strongly disavow any efforts to circumvent the results of the Electoral College and the forthcoming presidency of President-Elect Joseph Biden and Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris.
