Reporting that David Boies has been hired to assist filmaker Michael Moore with a federal investigation into Moore's travel to Cuba for the making of his documentary film "Sicko."
Boies Schiller Flexner promoted five attorneys to partner and four to counsel. Valecia Battle, Sabina Mariella, Jason Hilborn, Eric Palmer, and Jacopo Mosca were elected as partner. Daniel Crispino, Valentina Susanna Gava, Daria Pustilnik, and Ana Carolina Varela, were promoted to counsel. The promotions are effective January 1, 2025.
