Boies, Schiller & Flexner’s London office was shortlisted for Financial Litigation Team and Partner of The Year awards by Financial News. Each year the publication presents its Excellence in Legal Services Awards, Europe, to celebrate the achievements of the best law firms, legal teams and individual lawyers supporting the financial markets. Winners will be announced on April 22.
“We’re thrilled our work for clients has been recognized by our peers in such a prestigious publication,” said London managing partner Natasha Harrison, who was shortlisted for Partner of Year. “This means a lot to us at this crucial time in our growth plans for the London office. It’s a credit to the hard work, talent and sheer dedication of the team here.”
Ms. Harrison was selected by her peers for the Partner of the Year shortlist based on her work leading a £169 million victory for Canary Wharf noteholders and for building the London office of Boies, Schiller & Flexner.
The 21-strong London team’s banner year also includes the successful representation for a group of lenders in a €1.39 billion loan to Spanish building firm FCC.
