Reporting that BSF had filed Amended Complaint asserting class action claims against Genzyme Corporation over the elimination of one of its publicly-traded "tracking stocks." Plaintiffs seek damages as a result of alleged market manipulation by Genzyme intended to buy out the equity of certin minority shareholders at massive discount off of fair market value.
