Boies Schiller Flexner promoted five attorneys to partner and four to counsel. Valecia Battle, Sabina Mariella, Jason Hilborn, Eric Palmer, and Jacopo Mosca were elected as partner. Daniel Crispino, Valentina Susanna Gava, Ana Carolina Varela, and Daria Pustilnik (not pictured) were promoted to counsel. The promotions are effective January 1, 2025.

Partner Scott Gant tells Bisnow he's not surprised by the fact that Ted Cruz's natural born citizenship and eligibility for the presidential nomination has come into question, and says that there will be more to come. "I am 100% convinced that if Cruz became president, this would have to be resolved by a Federal Court of Appeals or the US Supreme Court," he said.
