Boies Schiller Flexner partner Hamish Hume spoke to Tom Temin of the podcast Federal Drive about the recent National Security Agency cloud computing contract awarded to Amazon, which is currently tied up in protest by Microsoft.
"But to really overturn an award particularly or an award of this magnitude is very, very difficult to do. We were fortunate to be able to do one for a company called Palantir against the US Army. But in general, it’s extremely difficult to do." he said in the interview.
