Reporting that, following deterioration of the lawyer-client relationship and as a result of concerns arising from the Justice Department’s probe into Milberg, Weiss, the Archdiocese of Milwaukee Supporting Fund Inc. asked the court to name BSF as lead counsel in class action litigation against Halliburton Co.
