The New York Law Journal and Law360 reported on the dismissal of a $50 million antitrust lawsuit against several law schools and bar exam preparation company Barbri.
In dismissing the case, U.S. District Judge Katherine Polk Failla ruled that the law schools had concerns about the quality of LLM Bar Exam's services, rejecting claims that the schools had colluded with Barbri, according to the reports.
BSF partner Scott Gant represented the Harvard, Georgetown, Duke, Emory, and University of Southern California law schools in the case.
