For the third year in a row, Boies Schiller Flexner has scored a perfect 100 on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index, earning the distinction of being one of the “Best Places to Work" for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) equality.
The firm was one of 609 organizations, selected from Fortune 500 companies, AmLaw 200 law firms, and hundreds of publicly and privately held businesses, to attain a perfect score in the HRC's 2018 index.
The Corporate Equality Index is the national benchmarking tool on corporate policies and practices affecting lesbian, gay bisexual, transgender and queer employees. It ranks companies and top law firms on detailed criteria in five broad categories: non-discrimination policies; employment benefits; demonstrated competency and accountability around LGBTQ diversity and inclusion; public commitment; and responsible citizenship. The index has been published annually since 2002.
