BSF Provides Defense for America's Cup US Challenger

BSF represents the Golden Gate Yacht Club (GGYC), the challenger for the 33rd America’s Cup, in litigation in New York State Court against Societe Nautique de Geneve (SNG) the defender.  The litigation is to enforce a judgment obtained by GGYC against SNG, and seeks to compel SNG not to disqualify GGYC as a competitor and not to hold the America’s Cup in Ras al-Khaimah.
