BSF arbitration partner David Hunt spoke at the second event co-hosted by French law firm le16 and BSF. This panel considered the future of intra-EU investment arbitration in Europe and discussed the implications recent developments might have on climate change goals as well as on claims and awards brought under the Energy Charter Treaty.
