First Hispanic American Nominated to ABA’s Highest Office
On February 16, 2009, BSF Partner, Stephen N. Zack was nominated to become President-elect of the American Bar Association (ABA) in a unanimous decision by the ABA Nominating Committee. Zack, who was introduced at the Mid-Year meeting, will be the first Hispanic-American to become Association President. The ABA's House of Delegates will vote on the nomination in August 2009, and if elected, he will serve one-year as president-elect before taking office in August 2010.
