Samantha represents individuals and corporations in high-stakes, complex commercial contract and business disputes in both state and federal court. Prior to joining the firm, Samantha practiced at a Magic Circle multinational law firm in New York and represented clients on a range of complex commercial, white collar, and investigative matters.

During law school, Samantha served as a legal fellow to the United Nations and interned at its headquarters in New York City, where she specialized in women’s human rights. While in law school, Samantha also received a Master of Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine.

  • Representing major real estate development company in a lease dispute with a large public company
  • Representing major law firm in malpractice dispute
  • Defending multimillion-dollar products liability suits against Philip Morris USA
  • Representing high-net-worth individual against major international financial institution and other private individuals alleging claims of fraud and breach of fiduciary duty
  • Defending the nation’s largest cruise line in the first litigation brought under the Helms Burton Act regarding travel to Cuba
