James has successfully prosecuted cases as lead counsel for some of the wealthiest individuals in the world in high-stakes commercial litigation against global financial institutions and large-scale tech companies. He has also successfully enforced his clients’ copyright and trademark rights against some of the world’s largest print on demand companies. James is also responsible for significant class actions, including a class action MDL against the auto industry and two nationwide class actions against Google LLC. Over his career, James has recovered over $1.6 billion for his clients.
