David has extensive experience in environmental and energy law, antitrust law, and constitutional law, developed over the course of nearly 20 years of public and private practice.
David previously served in the Office of Legal Counsel at the U.S. Department of Justice, where he provided legal advice to the White House and the heads of myriad federal agencies on various statutory and constitutional issues. Most recently David worked in the Washington, D.C. office of an international law firm.
