Beyond the litigation work itself, Brooke takes a proactive approach to managing her clients’ reputations. In situations where their legal challenges will be covered by the press, Brooke helps clients interface with the media, ensuring that journalists have access to accurate information before publication.
Brooke leverages her background in economics and graduate coursework in business at the Wharton School to help clients navigate complex financial areas of the law, including antitrust and business valuation. Her clients have come to rely on her as a trusted advisor, from day-to-day inquiries to their most serious crises.
