Ben’s litigation practice includes a diverse array of practice areas and clients. He helps clients find creative solutions to their problems, particularly with respect to complex civil litigation and antitrust matters.

Ben joined the firm after completing clerkships with the Hon. Colleen Kollar-Kotelly of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the Hon. Gary Katzmann of the Massachusetts Appeals Court, and a fellowship at the Environmental Law Institute. Prior to law school, Ben received a master’s degree in city planning and worked as a land use planner for the City of Newton, Massachusetts. He has also worked as a consultant at a government contractor, primarily on projects with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
