Boies, Schiller & Flexner partner Rick Pocker has become a founding member of Law Enforcement Leaders to Reduce Crime and Incarceration, a group of current and former law enforcement leaders dedicated to pushing reforms that will reduce incarceration and strengthen public safety. Mr. Pocker was among several members who launched the new group at a news conference in Washington, D.C., on October 21.
Mr. Pocker, who practices civil and criminal litigation and is based in Las Vegas, is the former U.S. Attorney for Nevada and is one of 22 members of the National Association of Former United States Attorneys (NAFUSA) to join the new group. The group was set up under the auspices of the Brennan Center for Justice.
